I took a ride on 26th Oct for some office purpose at 6.15 pm. It was a rental for 6hrs and I had planned my visits accordingly. At the very beginning of the ride the driver (Tukuna Sahu) was nagging for the fact that the payment mode is online (Ola money) as he wanted cash instead. After my first stop for a meeting, I asked him to take me to another location but he was hesitant as his vehicle didn't had enough fuel. I told him to re-fill it and then proceed but he replied that he doesn't have money for it and asked for extra cash in order to proceed. I wasted 15-20 mins convincing him to continue the ride as I was getting late. Then somehow he agreed and we went to my second stop. After that meeting I went to pick one of my colleagues and from there we had plans to go for dinner that night.
After reaching my colleagues place he asked me to stop the ride saying he can't continue the ride. I was embarrassed in front of my colleague and he kept mis behaving and talking rudely. I told him that the rental is for 6 hours and it's been only 3 hrs and we have time until we stop the ride. But he was not in the mood to listen and he refused to continue the ride and left me there and went away without stopping the ride.
I called the Ola support team immediately and reported the same. They convinced me saying it will be taken care of and I do not need to worry. The ride was stopped after midnight (3 hrs after he left me) and I got a bill of Rs.1220 for that horrific experience.
The next day I called Ola support again to raise the complain and they said it will be rectified and the issue will be resolved within 48 hrs.
I called again after 2days but of no use. I kept calling in intervals but it remained the same.
I am now getting back to back calls from you for paying my Ola postpaid overdues. I have been charged late fee as well. As discussed with the support team, I will not be charged any late fee as I have been charged unfairly and the overdue charge will also be revoked.
I have been calling the support team and raising tickets but everytime a new person responds and I have to narrate the same story time and again to each of them. At the end of the conversation they ask me to wait for 48/72 hrs for resolution and after that I find my tickets are resolved without any further communication. Was this information helpful? |
Though having said that I have registered my complaint 3 months ago as well and have raised ticket for the same. I have written numerous mails to the support team but I have received no resolution till date.
I am not happy with the support from your end. I need a call back or revert to my mails addressing the issue and along with the resolution to my query.
I am getting back to back calls from the collection team and it has been very disturbing and harassing.
Please look into this.
A quick resolution will be much appreciated
