[Resolved]  Ola Money — transaction failed and money did not credit to account

It has been 17 days now but no action was taken from ola money team
The issue is still unresolved.

Issue: the amount rs599 has been deducted during adding money to ola wallet, the transaction failed but money could not refunded to my account. They replied once by stating that money has been already refunded but when i cross checked it was not actually refunded. For proof i have also sent screenshot to them but afterwards they are not responding anything over my mail.

Account with payu id: [protected] and with the bank ref. Number:[protected]​​.

The ticket 79922419 has been raised for same.

I want to escalate this topic. Please let me know whom to consult further???
