I have reached out to customer care and write an email to ola support team many time, however not received proper response yet and hence i am reaching out to you.
This is to inform you that the unauthorized payment was made through my Ola Money postpaid account. I got the text message notification sent by you shows that an automatic payment was made to Quikcilver on 12Jul2023 at 09:08pm. However, this payment was unauthorized.
The OTP was not generated nor shared for the last 2 transactions of 10000 thousand each. The transaction was done without an OTP.
Kindly check and request for refund.
