Ola Money PostPaid+ or ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus on 2 Points,
1. The Credit line extended to be by ABFL and OlaMoney is Rs.22, 000, however the reported loan amount on CIBIL/EXPERIAN/EquiFax etc is Rs.50, 000!! Why would you claim that I have taken a higher credit line or "loan" which has not been applied or provided to me?
2. More importantly - that I have been late with the payment in the month of December 2022 by 28 Days!!! Which is ridiculous and a joke. The amount has been paid MUCH before the due date
In fact I cleared my dues off 4 Full Days before the payment due date with confirmation from OlaMoney Postpaid on having received the same as well, so why have ABFL/OLA POSTPAID has reported account late by 28 days in CIBIL, EXPERIAN and across other bureaus ?? This is not acceptable.
I have attached the November dues statement showing the Payment Due Date + the Payments screenshots for the entire amount showing Early Payment of the same along with the CIBIL Report screenshot showing the error for the month of December 2022 and still maintaining the same overdue amount of Rs.2083 for which the payment screenshot done on November 30th, 2022 itself is attached as proof of early payment .
Why have ABFL / Ola Postpaid+ reported the account late by 28 days in CIBIL wrongfully damaging my CIBIL score ? This is sheer carelessness on the part of whoever is responsible for the CIBIL reporting of accounts and is GROSS MISCONDUCT as me as the consumer is having to suffer for NO fault of mine, impacted my credibility due to this error in reporting from your end !!
This is a Serious matter and DIRECTLY affecting my personal financial ability to provide for my family due to incorrect reporting by Ola Money / ABFL on the current outstandings and dues against my loan number LXW-M[protected]
Does ABFL as your finance partner think CIBIL report of a consumer is a joke ? They just report FALSE INFORMATION ARBITRARILY ?
Do you realize this is a gross Misconduct of playing with the credit profile of a customer by ABFL/Ola Money postpaid+ ??
Also I cannot reach you guys over the phone so I demand a call back at once with an explanation of this wrongful reporting and error in reporting through sheer callousness !!
I DEMAND THIS WRONGFUL REPORTING OF LATE PAYMENT FOR ACCOUNT LXW-M[protected] REMOVED FROM CIBIL, EXPERIAN AND ALL OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS AT IMMEDIATELY AND THE ERROR TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I am reporting this to the RBI - Banking ombudsman with all the proof that how ABFL / OLA POSTPAID is damaging my credit report by sheer callousness and negligence and with no proper channels provided for resolving the same!!
The DPD (Days Past Due) for the month of December 2022 should immediately be changed from "28" to "0", as "28" in the DPD section suggests that I have been late with my December payment by 28 days.
