Even I booked a flat in May-06 and allottment was done in May-08 in Omaxe Heights, Bhiwadi. Already deposited around Rs. 5.17 lacs but no courtsey shown by OMAXE to provide the status of my allottment. 1. I made a full down payment for my flat as at the time of purchase i was told that the work is almost complete and possession will be given with in 12 months. The executive ther at the site Mr Sukesh Sharma very clearly wrote on the paper while explainig the project details that possession will be gien in an year or so and there is no need to go for construction linked plan as more then 60% installment is already given. I had booked a flat in Omaxe's Bhiwadi project in the year 2005. Till date they have not started construction of the same. While contacting they are always giving false statements and are offering some other projects.

As we do not trust this builder any more we donot want their any other project. Upon asking refund they are saying that we are accepting refunds. And also they boasting that they are not scared of any...

I was booked a flat with Omaxe and due to breach of the aggrement by Omaxe I cancel my booking and demand for my booking amount returning.

Till now menas after passing 8 month he is only giving the promise and not returning the money.

Sir, could you please guide me what to do to receive my booking amount.

I was booked a flat in faridabad "Omaxe New height" Sector -78 with booking amount of Rs.2.5 lacks and as per the agreement with the Omaxe, the Omaxe will give me the agreement paper after 2 weeks only. But after passing 3 weeks he do not give me any paper and demand for the next installment. I tell him that first you give me the agreement paper of the booked flat and after that I am ready to give you the next installment....

Non Proper Service of DTC bus at route No. 764
I am a resident of Nazafgarh , Delhi. Since last three months we are facing a very big transportation problem from this area. The DTC Route No.764 buses are not available in the morning time (from 8am to 10 am) whcih results the commuters couldn't reach office in time. After several complaints to the DTC complaints cell there is no action has been taken till date to solve this problem....

I booked plot 5 years ago with Omaxe builder thinking they are know reputed builder so I invested in Omaxe Sonepat project and paid 50% advance in march,2005 by putting my entire saving and taken loan from bank, but till date neither they update me on the status, just says wait for another 2-3 months with this 5 years passed. Do let me know who can help me in getting solution....

I deposited 10 lacs as a booking amount for a flat in the prelaunch of sec 112 in noida in may2007.
The company could not get appropriate permissions from the govt and had to scrape the project. But they are not making us any refund of that money. I have been calling them almost everyday and they are just making excuses. I live in california. Is there any higher authority who I can complain against them.
