AC installation done incorrectly and require reinstallation at free of cost (IN WARRANTY)

My name is Arun and i have purchased 2 AC's on April 27th 2021 from Rathna Cools Pvt Ltd, Chennai. I have attached the bills of both AC's

SR243 SLK, 3Star 2.0 Ton
SR 183 ASR 1.5 Ton 3 Star

Both AC's were installed on the same day by the same Onida service technician on 29th April 2021 (3rd day from date of purchase)

They were installed in summer and all went well until rainy season started...

Repeated Issue of Freon leak with 1.5 Tons A.C.

Dear Sir/ Madam:

I had purchased 3 A.C's from Onida in 2020.

(1) One in number 2 tons a.c.

(2) Two in number 1.5 tonsA.c.

One of the 1.5 tons a.c. has been giving issue as the freon leaks occur on a regular basis. I had the freon charged at least 5 times till now.

Now again when I made a complaint to Onida customer service, they sent a representative and the technician...

Unusual delay in repairing job

Washing Machine not servicing after 3 months of Complaint

AC compressor faulty

I bought Ac from one of the dealer in Kalka, Haryana for Onida. It's within warranty and compressor has gone faulty . Dealer is not providing any resolution and charging every time he is sending his person. If it's within warranty they should take care of all the charges including person who is coming to check the AC.
