Absolutely worst experience.
Yesterday, I have booked ticket for my father who is 62 years old in orange tours and travels.
My bus was at 5.45pm. I did not get any call from Orange tours and travels till 5.50pm. I have tried to call them many times and I could not reach them.
When the pick up executive called me at 5.50pm, I was about to leave from home (5 mins from my home to pickup point). I told him that, I will be there in 5 minutes. When I reached the place and called the pickup executive again, his number was not reachable. Later, he sent me SMS saying, he already left the pickup point. He was saying that, If you want to catch the bus, come to Mehdipatinam which is 20 kms far from my place. And being old man, my dad cannot go that far. And also the executive was very rude. He was saying, do whatever you want. I dont have any problem.
And when I called customer service of Orange, they have a crap service. Even their customer center was very rude.
Finally, I paid 500 to auto and reach Mehdipatnam to send off my dad.
Because of this tension, my dad got sick in bus.
If this feedback goes to Orange Tours and Travels, Let them know that, I am going to complain about their service wherever possible. Even consumer court!
