[Resolved] Orange Tours And Travels — the worst bus service

I had to travel from chennai to thrissur on january 11, 2019. My boarding point was perungalathur but they shifted my point to urambakkam in the last minute. I reached urambakkam on time and stood for 2 hours. I tried to contact the driver’s number and the customer care number given in the ticket but no one took the phone. After long hours of waiting the driver called and told that bus have already taken and is ahead o[censored]rambakkam (10 km ahead), and i was asked to travel late night to the bus stop. I didn’t board the bus due to driver’s negligence, i want refund. First time i had faced such a situation in orange travels. The next day on january 12, i had to take flight to cochin almost 12000rs loss because of orange travels.
