My daughter travelled from hyderabad to banglore on 2 oct through orange bus, after reaching her hostel room she saw bag and stuff inside is damaged by rat. bag was kept in bus backside dicky.i complaint & msg orange travel, they taking it lightly, they just message as opology & not repeat again. my costly bag & stuff is damage. i need rs.10000 compensation from orange travels.here i am uploading the photos +3 photos Was this information helpful? Oct 24, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved my problem is not resolved, i not received any call, msg, gmail. i am trying to reach them some telecaller lifting & saying they dont give any compensation. Orange Tours and Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
