Orange Tours And Travels — amount refund against cancellation ticket at the time of covid 19

Hello sir,

this is naresh kumar from hyderabad. As shirdi temple was closed because of that we cancelled tickets bearing pnr no:[protected] &[protected]. I would like to inform you that as soon as heard the news regarding temple closed due to covid19, i immediately called the customer care no:[protected] tried more that 20mins no response so i immediately downloaded app and cancelled my journey tickets instead of credit card option i opted wallet by mistake. So now there is no use of wallet at present or in future. Very next day i called orange travels regarding refund amount, they said i have to use in the next journey otherwise they will not refund. Sir as i paid through credit card and now our position is not nice because of downfall in bussines. Now my wallet is empty and i sent mails many times and i called many times after there is no response from mgmt. So my humble request ki dly return back my money. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Otherwise i need to pay extra charges for credit card for late payment, although for cancellation of bus tickets i lost more than 600/- approx.
