My name is suman mishra i booked a ticket on orange tour and travels from pune to bangalore,
Pnr no 5487005.
Bus no: ar026182.
Service no ott-1020, seat no l8, boarding piont was wakad pune —
I was at boarding point at wakad near to ginger hotel at around 5:20 pm i did call the person of contact that i am in wakad and he said it is fine. But around 5:40 i recived a call looking for where i am and i said i am at wakad near to ginger hotel but there expectation was that i should be in hinjewadi fly over and i told them to wait for 10 minutes since the distance is of 1 km and there was traffic and aslo in apps at the time of booking it wsa clearly mentioned as wakad but as per them i need to be near hinjewadi flyover. The travels did not wait for 10 minutes they said i need to catch them in katraj which is around 1 hour journey from the pick up point ten since i have no option left i have to book another ticket
And i booked with pnr no 5491185, seat no l14, service ott no 1040 and i tired to cancel the ticket but i cannot do it from apps since the bus has alraedy left. Here i am looking for a refund of first ticket on which i have not travveled and it is not my mistake, travel should add the exact place of pick up which was hinjewadi flyover in apps as well as in message that i recived Was this information helpful? |
