I travelled along with my wife and 1 year old kid on 16th May 2016 from Hyderebad to Bangalore. When we entered the bus, we could see the bus condition was not so good.
At night around 3AM, the cleaner informed that there is an issue with bus gearbox, so we need to take another bus. But to our surprise the bus drivers were asking for lift to other bus going on the way.
From night 3AM to morning 7.30AM there was no arrangements done for us. When we tried to call the Managers of Orange Travels, he was not taking the call itself.
Later we complained to Police Control Room (100) then they informed National Highway patrolling guys. After NHAI people came they somehow arranged cabs with local operators.
That day instead of reaching home at 7AM morning we reached home at 2PM afternoon. Imagine that too with a small kid who was continuously crying through out the journey.
Later I complained to Orange travels to atleast compensate for my one day of absence to office and refund my amount, but there is no response from them.
Such a careless people, who doesn't care about the fellow passengers. Government should take necessary actions for such kind of travels.
