Bus break down and it's been 2:30 hours no action taken. Drivers don't have basic information also on self start. How could they send unprofessional drivers. Its very unsafe. Don't play with our lives. We need to go to bangalore for offices so many elder people and children are there kindly take serious action. This is Harsha ihave booked the tckt from chennai to Hyd on 24th july and there is an Break down problem we faced here on 25th morning and there is no messege from the Management till now, Driver said that management will refund the money, so kindly asking give messege to the passangers who travelled in the bus . Thank you
