Hello hi my name is sisinder reddy I have recently booked a ticket from Hyderabad to ongole through reb bus. And my boarding point is in sr nagar . I spoke to one of the staff and asked them to stop near erragada opposite to Gokul theatre the person who sopke to me told he will stop at that point and when the bus is approaching he called to my mobile phone and asked the boarding point I told sr nagar but I told he that I am waiting near Gokul theatre and he is screaming on me why are you waiting her I already told him my situation even though he is screaming on me and stared argument I told him if you are not allowed to stop where I am waiting you have to inform me before so that I will wait in my boarding point and he is not at all professional to the customer my date of journey[protected] at 10:30 pm and bus number AR01G4142 . If you are encouraging this kind of service to the customer you will loos your own company name I am really disappointed and he is threatening me I am not travelling safe . I don’t know he might do anything while I am sleeping this is not at all good service
