My name is varun. i booked a bus ticket from chennai to kochi for pooja holidays through redbus. date of traveling was oct 7 / 2016.

They informed me bus will arrive at sriram gateway, perungalathore. my bus was scheduled at 8.30pm. bus didn't reached ontime and from 8.30pm on wards i started tracking bus by giving missed to no. given.
But i didn't got the status and got only a message stating that orange travels don't have tracking information on with my mobile no.
Then i patiently waited for the bus.
I was waiting for long 3 hours and i was not able to connect with the customer care no. since it was busy for every time.
Then i started searching for any orange travel's bus in perungalathore busstand.
On that time (around 12.00am,) they called up and told me that bus is leaving.
I spoke on this no. [protected] and requested to wait for five minutes and they bluntly refused.
I paid 2150rs for this and i didn't got the service from you. it spoiled all my plannings for my holiday and i reached my home only after 1 day.
Refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will follow with legal action against your lazy attitude towards customers.
