This mail is regarding bus number : ka51d3787 and ott : 135, which is traveling from hyd to vja
Let me tell you from the start, the boarding point was lakdikapool and i with my family was at the lakdikapool stop at 5:35 am, initially i was given a pnr number
: 6787671 and bus number : ka01af5575 and ott : 3002!
When the bus with ott 3002 arrived, staff told me that this bus has trouble and so they have changed bus and they started telling me to wait wait and wait after a long wait of 40 mins a bus with ott : 135 arrived at 6:39 am at lakdikapool and after boarding the bus started at 6:52 am
Schedule departure : 6:00 am
Actual departure : 6:52 am
Delay : 52 mins
Suddenly ac of this bus (Ott 135) stopped at 8:30am, staff was clueless what was weong! And they stopped at 9:00 am at suryapet and told to have breakfast!
Again they stopped the bus after breakfast for more than an hour trying to fix issue but failed and started the bus by 10:10 am
And now they are heading to vijayawada without ac in the bus and imagine how it feels when all windows are closed and ac stops working with high sun heat outside!!
My mother and all other passengers are feeling suffocation to breath with no air flow in bus!
Total 2 hours wasted and no ac, patetic service! Worst ever, even rtc bus will show some good approch!
I request a full refund and also a compensation of wasting my time on your worst bus!
I will raise this issue to consumer court and sue a case immediatly!
