We have booked tickets from Vijayawada to Hyderabad - OTT 3001, Scheduled departure time @4.30pm and Bus reached @6.30pm.
I agree and understand that there will be delay due to lot of reasons and excuses but why there is no information to passengers about the delay ? How can your passengers stand on road for more 2 hours ? Is this something called customer service ? And when i call bus driver asking the details and how much more time it will take - Driver talks very rudely and don't even have a courtesy to answer or talk properly...
You can just imagine how do you feel when you stand on road for more than 2 hours.
Orange feels that they are best service providers but if this the standard of service then very soon they will search customer to fill the bus... Was this information helpful? |
