Updated by Sateeshpb I booked ticket on 12-Aug-2016, 3:15 AM from Madiwala, Bangalore to Coimbatore. I reached at 2:55 AM and have to wait till 4:30AM. The driver did not stop the bus at Madiwala, near Police Station where it actually stops every time. I am frequent traveller at least twice every month.
I have to call operators, drivers, took a cab till Hosur to catch the bus. Seat number is D2.
Actually, the operator said bus will stop in Electronic city and so I took the cab. Only during my travel I came to know it crossed hosur toll. It is totally worst service and I am loosing hopes on Orange travels every time.
The total kilometers I travelled was 27 and autowala charged 700 INR. Actual cost was 353 and it was 4:30 AM the charge was double. Moreover, the auto driver travelled all the way crossing the Karnataka border.
What if I was travelling with my wife and kid and you guys never call me up?
What kind of security you give to your customers.
Why was the operator did not call me for confirmation on my travel which i use to receive everytime.
When I entered into the bus, the driver did not even ask me sorry. I did not want to make a scene considering many passengers are sleeping. And if I get the driver in a bad mood he may not drive safe.
You have no idea, for what reasons people travel and you come late and do not stop at the points which is terrible and poor service.
It was just a month that you have mentioned, that one of your Driver received global recognition and award. But, this act of yours is a complete black mark and for which I demand huge apology from your end.
I demand that you have to refund my money which I spent on ticket that day. Actually I should ask both the money which I gave to cab and actual ticket cost for you guys being late, and not stopping in the stop.
But, I don't want to do that. I am showing Gentlemen ship, by not screwing up the driver, not spoiling others sleep, not spoiling the mood of the driver.
So far, I did not receive any response. If the team from Orange did not make any mistake, why don't they respond.
This is such an irresponsive behavior the team possess and i dont leave until i get convinced.

I have sent emails to the customer service at orange but no one responded back to emails.
At least you guys please help me here? I am in need of your response. What is the status of the complaint you forwarded to Orange Travels?
What is the action take and what is the purpose of this forum atleast? Please lwt mw know.
