I was traveling from bangalore to goa with 8 other friends of mine and after around 2 hours of journey we came to a dinner point where we were given 30 mins of time space but due to to much of rush we couldn't get a place to order food and hence 30 mins passed while we were in the middle of our dinner.
The bus driver gave a # and left to some distance without any prior notice and they gave a # too.
The customer care don't care as we already have paid and according to them we don't have any other option.
When we tried to ask them for 5-10 mins to pack the food and make the payment they started the bus and were ready to run it over us.
They have such # odacity, we pay them, we are the customers, but we don't get that feedback or respect.
I would like to take some serious action, and will do that but request you don't ever book.
I had made my booking through paytm and raised a complaint too.
