We boarded the bus KA51AD1714 running from Mumbai to Bangalore in Sion, Mumbai on 11th Aug 2022. The bus already arrived late at the pick up by almost 45 mins. It was supposed to arrive by 4.00 pm. After boarding the bus, at around 8.00 pm we asked the driver/ co-driver as to when will the bus halt for a dinner break to which they bluntly replied 11.00 pm in the night as the bus is running late. After we urged them that this is very late, they took a short stop to freshen-up at the Mum-Pune expressway, where we quickly grabbed some snack. We asked the driver to provide us with our mineral water bottles that are included in the fare to which he shamelessly replied that they will be given once everyone has boarded so that he can avoid keeping a count. This is an extremely unprofessional behaviour and a pathetic petty attitude. Nevertheless, we hence went to a nearby stall to grab a bottle of water; in the meanwhile, we got a call from the co-driver to hurry up and come to the bus. When we reached, the bus had already hit the highway and we had to run almost 100mts to the bus in sludgy soil and pouring rain. This really frustrated us and we scolded the duo about this behaviour, to which they were extremely ignorant and gave us back answers as to you are not the only ones in this bus; with an attitude that we are the boss here. At first, I really did admire the quality of space the orange has provided in the bus but it is all nothing in comparison to the horrible lack of decency forget hospitality that the staff have to present.
