On 10th of April on submitting the token my luggage a black colour bag containing items of approximately 20 thousand was missing from the bus dikki.

I called up the customer care multiple times. Everyone promised to call me back in 15 minutes to half an hour, but no one responded.

I request urgent intervention into this issue.

I booked ticket from Salem to Hyderabad on 09th Apr 2017.

I didn't got the proper guidelines from the orange supportive staff's, where to pickup the bus.

I came very early to Salem & i called support number many times & i informed where i am . They told to me stay there bus will be coming that route only.
I called after few minutes, they informed bus was already moved.Because of their confusing landmark i missed the bus on that day.
