Hello, i booked a bus ticket on redbus for orange travels. A lady passenger booked ticket on 4-jan-2017. Bus details: orange bus from bangalore to trivandrum. Starting at 8:15pm from madiwala, sleeper bus. The driver and cordination person forced us to chase the for almost 15 kms, still thet failed to pick us.
