Hi, I have booked ticket through redbus.com “Orange travels” for date
5th of August( Tuesday) from Hyderabad to Bangalore. They have given
contact details for boarding Suchithra and boarding time : 9:40PM. I
reached suchithra point 9.10PM and I have called to numbers which they
have given, one mobile(Driver:[protected])was not reached and also I
have not received any response from one more land line[protected] to
know actual boarding point in Suchithra. At the time 9.50PM I have
received response and he told Bus crossed point of Suchithra and come
into another point with in 10 min but its very long from point of
Suchithra. Immediately I have called redbus call center and they told to
contact associator of Orange travels. By searching Orange travels I
went near Orange travels point and they cant do any thing. And
they(associate: maaniK-mob:[protected]) have said they tried to call my
number its not reachable, but I have given my 2 mobile numbers(1.
[protected] and 2.[protected]) both are working fine. Two main reasons
they have done mistakes: 1. I tried to call them but no response they
given. 2. They are saying, they called me but I have not received any
calls from them. Effects: 1. I have loosed money Rs.1100. 2.I have taken
unplanned leaves in office which effect my year end performance at year
end due above problem. 3.I wandered at midnight till 11PM for bus. Its
happened due to negligence of Orange travels management and improper
communication with passengers. I want be justification for above case on

We believe in travels to pick the passengers in correct manner however
with out proper communication with passengers they have proceed
incorrect things. Its seems small, but effected person only knows actual
thing. I expected refund from them aswell "ORANGE TRAVELS: have to take
