Hi,
I am currently travelling from hyderabad to goa in bus ott65 . My boarding point was kphb at 6 pm. I was waiting there for around 1 and half hour, i received a message at 6.23 pm that the bus has left kphb. It is really pathetic and so irritating that i did not receive a call from the travels before the bus left the place.
I got a no ([protected]) to be reached for help, but none was picking up my call.
I reached to customer care, instead of helping me to catch the bus, they were simply telling the bus did not leave the place where as i was receiving msg that it crossed . The ott customer care needs to be more technical and sync with the ongoing schedule. Ott should learn to give a call prior to leaving the place where a customer is scheduled to be picked up.
I am completely dissatisfied with the service that ott provides.
