I m requesting u to refund my money since I faced following problems
1. boarding point is changed to SION i/o DADAR and tell me to manage myself.
2.nobody was available at sion office to recieve and guide us.
We waited there for 2 Hrs. Under a simple shed no fan or other public utility like drinking water, toilets etc were available there
3.Proper bus was not available dropped at wakad, pune by another bus.
4.complimentry snacks and water bottle served at 21:45 hrs.
5.before reaching Satara
airconditioning is failed at about
23:30 Hrs. I immidiate contact to the customer care of Orange travels but there was no response till morning.bus crew also launched complaint but simple answer (order) given to them run bus without A/C
5.we traveled without A/c from Satara to Bangalore in suffocating atmosphere.
Overall it's a worst experience.
In future I will not travel by or refer to anybody your travel company

Asked staff for dinner break.they have not responded properly.
Suddenly they have removed dinner break in this route. They are not bothering, even if passengers feels hungry.
Bad behaviour of vellore office person also in call.
