Hello, I am pavan kumar .. I have a issue with your driver named *YADAGIRI & B.Gangaraju ( KAKINADA - HYDERABAD) * orange travels bus number (AR[protected]

Actually I had a parcel box from kakinada to Hyderabad I need to collect it at lb nagar as per driver said he told me to call by 5 am and I called him since several attempts he didn’t answered the cal and when I called for last time he answered and spoke to me rudely with inappropriate language . This is totally rediculous with your service .hope you improve with your service.
I am attaching the pictures of the irresponsible driver I hope proper action would be taken.
