Hi team,
I have booked a ticket on 13th which is return ticket from hyderabad to shirdi on 14th december and from shirdi to hyderabad 15th december and this is one single transaction i have done the payment for same but the web page showed up transaction problem please call customer service but money from my account got debited then i reached the customer service number to confirm whether my booking is confirm. Customer service executive confirmed my tickets saying it was booked for 14th hyd to shirdi and 15 th return ticket and repeated 8 names which are same in both the journeys.
But the next day i. E 14th we boarded bus at 5.15 pm and at 8.40 or so we got a calling that we having a booking i. E return on 14th itself how is it possible and this was shocking to ky entire family with 8 tickets, i have ringed the customer services no one responded me properly in this case and it's and application error and how can same passengers travel to and fro same day and that was only single transaction means i have selected return ticket.
