I have booked orange travel from Secunderabad to Ahmednagar on 25th dec, where the bus is cancelled on 25th and after much calling, the bus is rescheduled and following details are given by your travel agent.

The complaint is that my wife and my son has to get down at Ahmednagar but your driver has stopped the bus 10 kms away at Orange hotel onwards aurangabad road. When questioned he said, he doesn't know the route and said he is new. The driver and the picker were very rude.

Kindly take action and update me.
