Orange Tours And Travels — worst service

We booked a orange travels bus from hyderabad to vijayawada. Bus dep time is 1:30pm and the arrival time to vja is 5pm, but bus is late for 4 hrs. Still bus was near choutuppal. We don't know why they are stopping the bus frequently. Passenger bus is better than this orange travels. Plz don't prefer this bus to travel. Hello orange travels! Stop your services immediately and don't play with passengers.
