I have travelled from HYD-CHENNAI on 3rd jan, 2014 in Orange sleeper coach. I have booked 1 tickets through orange website and the transaction (Rs.1700.00 INR) got struck at the payment portal page but got deducted from my bank account, I called upon orabge helpdesk immediately and they told me that the amount would be credited back to my account within 7 days and told me to make the transaction again after 15 mins (transaction lifetime) to book tickets which I did. It's been a more than 4 weeks now and the amount is not yet credited to my account. When I contact the custcare, they say they have informed their manager and it would take another 7 days and they promptly used the same statement for 5 weeks and now they say their refund gateway software is down and it will take another 7-10 working days to look into the issue.
Even the calling charges to the customer care goes to ur ticket rate.
They have not responded to any emails that I have sent. I request the orange authorities to look into this issue and refund my amount immediately. Contact me [protected]/[protected] Was this information helpful? |
