Orra Diamond Jewellery — Bracelet gold and diamond broken and fell | ||
I purchased a 14 carat (which is considered as strong ) gold and diamond bracelet in 2022 from Orra and hardly wore it 3 times in last two years. While wearing or using the bracelet got bended and the lock got automatically broken and fell and a piece of diamond fell which I didnt even relise untill the bracelet was about to fall from my wrist. My investment of 1.5 lacs has been wasted. Now they are accusing me of mishandling the product. Was this information helpful? | ||
