Orra Diamond Jewellery — Kitty bought at Jalandhar store

I was sold two kitties in the name of Rosy Trehan and Rani Bajaj around a year back by your store at Jalandhar and was told that I can redeem the same after 10 months for buying the diamond. Once the kitties got matured I approached the store for buying the solitaire studs for my wife as I’m the frequent buyer of solitaires from your store. To my utter surprise, I was told that I’ve to go for the jewellery only and no solitaires. My simple question is that DOES THE SOLITAIRE not COME UNDER THE PARLANCE OF DIAMOND? Approx Rs 3 lac of mine is at stake with your store. Kindly get my issue addressed. If the company has any such laws then why was I not sold the right product when the store knows that I’m not very keen for diamond jewellery and my interest is always in the solitaires.
