I had submitted previous month one diamond ring which was bought from Orra-South Ex New Delhi during the month of June 2005. I accidentelly misplaced the bill. The staff in South Ex said they will send it for evaluatin in Bombay and will get back in 7 days. I had to follow uo for this 10 times after 15 days. They called me and informed that this cant be done as they cant track when was it purchased. My only question is even if the bill is not there there are many ways to track if the ring was purchased from Orra. south Ex staff confirmed that they are sure its from Orra as the logo is visible but they cant help. This is how the so called BIG BRAND treats the customers while you go to re-sale. We buy jewellery treating it as an asset and can be used during bad days. Really Disappointing and no one should opt for Orra. Same thing happened with Tanishq... they provided the cheque after evaluation in 8 days.No one from South Ex is even responding to my phone calls. the no is[protected] Was this information helpful? |
