[Resolved]  Osmania University — B com hons original certificate

Dear Sir,

I am Nidhi Pai. I had applied for my original b com hons degree certificate on 10th march 2022 under urgent delivery mode by paying Rs 1587 and the receipt no is BC[protected] where it was mentioned that it will be delivered within 7 days.
Till today I have not received it. I have tried all the contact numbers given on the osmania university website but it's just a waste of time. Many of the contact numbers were not working and the remaining who received the call didn't provide any information saying it was not their department. They didn't even provide the correct contact number.

Because I wanted it urgently, I had paid such a big amount for a post expecting delivery on time. But now no one is responding.

Kindly request you to consider my complaint or atleast provide the correct contact number or atleast the pital tracking number, so that I myself can track the postal package.
