Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied online for my Convocation certificate in Osmania University under Tatkal scheme on 27/10/2022 & as after successful submission it will be delivered to my residential address within 5 days. I have paid all the charges & successfully submitted required documents under Receipt No: BC[protected]. Today after 26 days, I still haven't received my certificate. Several calls has been made to the number provided in the site but many of them are off & other who pick the phone answer very rudely & without giving any assistance. As I'm abroad I have sent my friends over 8 times within this time & OU staff is telling certificate has been dispatched, but when we ask for a tracking number they are telling they cannot provide the same & we have to check with Indian Post office. Without a tracking number its obvious that post office cannot do anything & referring us back to the university. Several emails have been sent to registrar & controller of exams but no help has been rendered.
Kindly help & get in touch with Osmania University for delivery of my certificate at the earliest.
