Hi Team,

Am Shiva Pradeep. I have applied Degree certificate on 22nd Sep 2022 with Urgent Mode with the payment of 2900 Rs (Receipt No. BC[protected]. As per their rules, with urgent mode it should be delivered with in 7 to 9 days. But Now its crossed 12 days. But still status is showing as Under Process. Am called them so many times, but all OU mobiles are switched off/not working.

I have to submit this certificate in MNC company in next 3/4 days. But still OU team is not responding.
