I have booked a room via oyo rooms app. My room was confirmed in hotel ajit mansion jodhpur rajasthan. When i reached to reception they deny to give me room at the price as i had booked it. And demands me three times more money to stay and also threaten me to cancel if i can not pay. I called to the owner of the hotel. But he was also on same track. And i was helpless there. Please ensure that who is faulty and punish him. Because of them no of people are suffering.

Room was worst conditions and lot of inserts and bed bugs and dirty bed, towels and blankets. And worst customer service and staff's were rude.
