I booked an OYO at Karnal hsveli on OYO app 20 days before my stay and everything was fine but one day before I called the hotel to confirm my stay and the hotel denied to checkin
I called Oyo customer care and they said we can't do nothing on this and after one hour I got a text from Oyo your booking has been cancelled
And I had a very urgent meeting on that day which turned out me a loss of 5 lakhs rupees
When I told that I will file a complaint against this they said you can do anything we can't help you
I have all the recordings of calls I had with OYO customer care
