OYO — Charged Extra amount

We have booked room for 898/- for two nights in app and but at the time of checkin they asked us to pay 1674/-. As due to midnight they forced us to pay so we paid the amount to the account in hotel person in the name of E Yugandhar. While we were in hotel we called CX support and taken property manager in Conference and confirmed as he is taken extra amount. But while I am sending proof for refund they are saying not valid. As already property manager accepted as he received extra amount, taking on call confirmation by property manager please initiate amount we paid extra. Hope you will solve this issue and help others as well for being not cheated and Hotel management is not at all justifying in this human society and their behavior also very bad. Don't know how OYO cannot take required action regarding it.

Updated by Revish I am not having no response yet. What sort of delay is this as the person who called never gave me resolution. OYO is making its guests the least experience. The Government authorities had to take an intervention on this.
