I had booked a room for 2 days on August 17 and i cancelled it. Today is October 1st and still i haven't received my refund it's 50 days. Customer support is so useless that they don't help at all. I i confirmed with my bank and they asked for Transaction ID/BRN. But the customer care is not providing me the ID. According to oyo my refund is success, so oyo must have BRN.
CHECK BELOW THE DETAILS it says refund status is success but i haven't received amount and even Oyo doesn't have BRN number which means the refund is just showing success . Even the Oyo chat customer told me that they don't have BRN. I'm sharing that screenshot as well below. Please provide me a solution
