I was booked hotel in nainital on 20th may with 3727/-rs. When i reached their property is totally different which they showed me on the oyo app. I was escalate this mater to the customer service and they promised to adjust my amount in next booking. Yesterday when i tried to book a hotel from oyo app. They declined to adjust my previous balance. I'm totally harassed.

Customer service is fradulent...once u call them and start telling us issues...they disconnect by saying that customer is not responding/not audible!!!
