This is Vijendra Rawat from bareilly, UP. On 13 Jul 2022 I had made a booking on Oyo Hotel Berry BTUI5435, over call with one of your executive and paid Rs 4516 for which I was told that i[censored] cancel it u will get 100 % refund after that i received the hotel info and reception number when I called on reception they said that the rooms are not available. Same thing conveyed to your executive and he said he will cancel the booking and full refund will be given to you.He canceled the booking and after some hours i received only Rs 2903. Thereafter to lodge a complain i called oyo more then 20 times but I could not able to reach the complain department
bcz my booking had already canceled. Every time I called oyo some executives talked rudely some put me on hold for 45 min. Every time same thing was happening some even said that we have lodged ur compain and u will receive mail for which more then 10 days has passed and i have not got and info on this matter
I have tried my all efforts trying to contact the customer support team but get nothing in return. I have done every possible effort that a normal person can do.
So finally here is my booking details

With all due respect I beg for my refund of worth RS 1613
It is not about the amount money i can easily forget that but the wastage of my time, mental stress, rude behaviour by executives, not assisting with anything, putting on hold for atleast 1 hour. Hung up of calls.
I have noted down every executive names with whom I had talked
I have consulted my lawyer and going to put case for the same.
As a descend person this is the last msg i writing if i did not get the solution for the same.
