I booked an Oyo ( details. - booking id - HKR75850 hotel name - Panchvati Residency paid INR 1087 ) through an agent & paid online. When i reached the location the hotel denied us the booking & told us to contact oyo for a resolution or refund. We contacted Oyo then where another agent told us that we will get a refund for this one as he will cancel the booking & he helped us with booking another one for which we paid 1654 INR ( details - Lalsai residency, Booking ID - Z5GH7869 )
When we reached this new booked hotel, the same thing happened with us and the hotel denied us the booking & told us to contact OYO for resolution. No the situation is we have paid INR 2741 to OYO for advance booking for which the booking desk were hyperactive in sending payment links & when we tried to contact OYO for refund or the issue with hotel, there is no one picking our calls from the last three hours we are standing on a road with luggage.
We were denied checkin because the hotel owners didn't get any booking & we are not able to contact any human at OYO for solving this issue and atleast provide us our money back. Was this information helpful? |
