[Resolved]  OYO — I am complaining about oyo customer care staff

Dear concern,

Today i booked one hotel in lonavala "om palace" and online paid 2672 /- but after entering in the room i was not satisfied with the hygine and immediately called to customer care to either change the room or refund the money as was not comfortable there.. They said will arrange a call back for you immediately i checked out my self and waited four hours outside but no one called again i called thrice but same answer

I have already paid the money therefore these guys get success to make me fool please suggest where to contact else front of the hotel there is a police station i will go there and bring them to the reception by saying they fooled me.. And not helping at all.. This the only last option i have now..
