[Resolved] OYO — Improper treatment toward customer and no facilities

I kamlesh kumar kabir booking id - pga0954 checked in hotel oyo 45854 the villa at 8:30 pm on 19/09/2020. The manager were very rude upon my arrival and no hotel staff were wearing any mask as well as no sanitization was being maintained in the hotel. While booking the hotel it clearly said that the hotel was sanitized stay. When i entered the room the tv was not working, and the staff was also no cooperative towards me. This was my worst expirience in an oyo stay. This has disturbed my trust toward oyo service
