My fiance booked a room in oyo on valentine's day. In the hotel the breakfast was given in plastic, all the amenities was there bit nothing was working. When complaint to Oyo no one was listening. We adjusted somehow but in the morning geyser was not working and the behaviour of the hotel owner was rude. Oyo promised us to give 500 off in the next booking but when booked another hotel and call Oyo still they were not helping.
