OYO — No refund of money

I had booked a room via oyo app and the owner declined us room after which oyo initiated a refund and sent me a mail tol but i havent got it after the time given by them and consumer care just keeps avoiding the calls and disconnecting the call

I have still not received money and you guys are sending me false invoice now about cancellation its been 1 month send me the money assp or I'm taking this to the court
