[Resolved]  OYO — not given promised refund

Address: Elegance In oyo coimbatore, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Hi oyo team

This is with regards to the booking of oyo elegance in coimbatore. When i went there along with 60+ yrs old parents and kid. I was asked to climb 4 floors since the lift was under maintenance on dec12 at 11.30pm. It was already mid night and my old parents couldn't climb the stairs we didn't check in and moved to some other hotel. As promised refund the full amount to my account.
