I had made a booking through OYO at Hotel Triveni in Diu on 30/09/2018. Payment against the same was made at the reception of the hotel. After check in the service of the hotel was not found satisfactory. Since the booking was made through OYO I contacted OYO and it was said that we have cancelled the booking and you will get the refund within 7-14 working days. However, after long persuasion the refund is still not processed. Details of booking are as given as under:
