i have booked Oyo room from 28th June to 3rd July, 2022.so after checked in to the said residency the property owner said that the tariff was incorrect shown to us due to technical glitches of Oyo.I have to pay 1000 Rs extra at the time of check out.200 rs per day extra for 5 days.And i have called Oyo customer care at that time they have asked me to check in by paying full amount for the day as i have already paid advance amount n after that I did not like the room at all .so on the next day i have checked out.oyo promised me to refund the rest of the paid amount for the 4 days.multille times cled.raised request .and all.issue I'd received.invoice recieved after check out but payment not received yet.npt even initiated.such harrasment.
